(based on the last 30 days).

Please note that production times may vary slightly depending on the design and order volume.

We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after production.

For faster delivery, we also offer priority shipping (paid) with a delivery time of 3–5 business days after production.

Absolutely. Once your sneakers are shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If there’s an issue with your order (such as damage
or defect), please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with an easy return or replacement.

Yes, our sneakers generally fit true to size. We recommend checking our size
guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Since each pair
is custom-made, once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
